As a dreamer, you have your own special dream. This is also true for Rudolf Randolf Wickenreuter (Torsten Emrich), who longs to become a secret agent. As luck would have it, and due to the stupidity of a secret service agent, he is mistaken for top agent Max Mikado. But his clumsiness is blood-curdling, and his supporters, the ice-cold Beppo Bourbon (Eddie Constantine) and the dashing agent Doris Sand (Sabine Stoffel), suspect that Wickenreuter is not who he claims to be. But they are all united by one goal: to dismantle the secret organisation 'Skafisch'. In the process, the trio of spies run from one hair-raising mishap to the next.
Experience 'The Mikado Project', arguably the worst (German-language) film of all time, in a breathtaking special edition. Seriously, folks, we're turning shit into gold and bringing you 1980s schlock from Germany that couldn't be more insane. Ninjas, secret agents, a diabolical villain and the ultimate weapon of world domination: compared to 'The Mikado Project', Ed Wood and the Supernasen are Oscar-worthy, but they're nowhere near as much fun as Torsten Emrich's cult film.
