Luca and his brother Michele are the best cigarette smugglers in Naples.

However, during a routine deal on the high seas in the early hours of the morning, an unexpected incident with the police occurs. Just a few hours later, Luca and Michele fall victim to a gruesome accident that costs Michele his life. A man from Marseille has his sights set on the smugglers in Naples. His goal is to make a fortune. He wants to turn Naples into a heroin swamp and eliminate anyone who stands in his way. More murders follow...the sea off Naples turns red.
