David and Lynn are orphans, having just lost their father. From now on, their grandparents will take care of the two teenagers, whose old farm in the middle of an orange grove will become the siblings' home. But from the very beginning, disturbing things happen around them. Soon, the first bodies are found in the area. When David observes his grandparents tying up an unknown woman and hiding her in the basement, he becomes increasingly afraid that they might have something to do with the murders.

Peter Rader's directorial debut, “Grandmother's House,” skillfully combines the visual style of a gothic horror film with elements of a mystery thriller. The screenplay was written by renowned Steadicam operator Peter Jensen. This thrilling horror thriller was produced by Nico Mastorakis (“The Devil's in Mykonos”). The film stars Eric Foster (“Darkroom”), Kim Valentine (“.Com for Murder”), Ida Lee (“Vegas in Space”), Len Lesser (‘Seinfeld’) and Brinke Stevens (“Nightmare Sisters”), among others.
