COVER C
We truly dug deep for this edition and with the help of the film club Buio Omega we were finally able to answer the essential question: "Is it true that there is a version just under 120 minutes long?"
For a long time this was considered an "urban legend", but we can now confirm it: There exists an Italian theatrical print believed lost, with more than ten minutes of alternate shots as well as many frame cut for the international version. These will now, almost 43 years after the Italian premiere, find their way to the public for the first time. And that's not all. We have tons of exclusive content for you!
Professor Wassermann (John Stacy) is asked by industry magnate Morgan Hunnicut (Eddie Faye) to lead an expedition to study the giant Yeti creature found frozen in a large ice block on Newfoundland’s coast. The professor does not know that Hunnicut intends to use the prehistoric creature as a trademark of its multinational industrial group. A very big mistake.
After underground protests its use result in the brutal murder of a high ranking corporate executive, the corporation’s own motives come under investigation. And Corby McHale is caught right in the middle… Up against the rich and ruthless whose power has no limit and who will do anything to protect their deadly secret. The closer McHale gets to the solution, the deadlier the game becomes!
