Synopsis:

The tireless vacuum cleaner and its constant victim, Charlie the ant, finally make it onto Blu-ray! But who is the hunter and who is the hunted? Elise uses her blue trunk to suck up the clever ant's sneezing powder, dynamite and all sorts of other unappetising odds and ends.

Originally produced for cinema and later broadcast as part of the television series The Pink Panther, The Ant and the Aardvark™ – known in Germany as Die Blaue Elise – modernised the timeless cartoon conflict between predator and prey with an irreverent sense of humour and a colourful palette typical of the late 1960s and early 1970s. This special edition contains all 17 episodes, uncensored, as well as audio commentary and interviews with the creators of this cult series. Fun for all the family!
