Using extremely violent methods, young Alexander Pohlmann earns his living as the leader of a nasty gang of thugs. Whether it's protection rackets, extortion, prostitution, or contract killings, nothing happens in the city without him. One day, he meets the exotic dancer Arabella, whom he initially frees from the clutches of underworld boss Kowalski with a trick, but his plan ends tragically with the girl's death.
