In a mansion in Hampstead, nocturnal blood orgies and black masses take place with the participation of prominent figures from science, business, the military and politics. The puppet master pulling the strings is the industrial magnate D. D. Denham, who very soon drops his mask. It is the resurrected Count Dracula, who, in the exuberance of his lust for power, summons the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.
